The things we focused on in choosing Company were shared with the GA.
These areas of focus include:
Our limited budget
The three criteria decided upon at the last GA meeting, which included:
A flexible/unit set
A contemporary or timeless musical
An integrated cast
At the board’s selection meeting, the GA’s opinion letters were read and each musical on
the shortlist was discussed. We then ranked the shows by how well they fulfilled our
criteria. Company came out on top.
The GA had the chance to ask questions.
The Technical Executive let the GA present know that he is looking for additional
members of the production’s technical crew.
Tech week is going well so far.
The possibility of the show timeline being moved up in the future was discussed.

Interview criteria were discussed.
The list of interview questions was distributed.
Auditions will be held the weekend of February 13th.

Publicity Manager will post on social media.

Possible storage spaces for the merchandise boxes were discussed.
Merchandise will be for sale at the I-Show on 1/30 and 1/31, as well.
