Mattin 161 Old Board Discussion Awards Barney/Senior Awards were discussed. Budget Announcement Reviewed the final budget for the year. Fall shows FOA and Mainstage deadlines for submission were set. New Board Discussion Goals Goals for the summer were set out and planned.

End-of-the Year Awards
These will be discussed and decided upon at the next meeting. Final Board Meeting Will be next Sunday, 4/19, at the usual time and place. Budget At the next meeting, the Business Manager will have a finalized budget for the entire year. Spring Show The Open Mic event is happening this Friday, 4/17! The Facebook event page is up. Timelines The current VP Studio will send out an email requesting submission for FOAs. The current VP Pro will send an email requesting submissions for the mainstage. Musical Update
The VP Pro gave a reminder about who is signed up to help her with front of house. A review of Company has gone up on The Hub. The Company wrap-up meeting was scheduled. The director gifts were discussed. The VP Pro gave a breakdown of the number of people in attendance and the amount of money raised over the first weekend of the show’s run. Board Dinner The end-of-the-year executive board dinner has been moved up an hour. Arellano Scheduling Meeting The next scheduling meeting for the Arellano Theater is Monday, 4/13. The Technical Executive and VP Studio will be attending. Mainstage Timeline An email requesting play submissions for the fall mainstage will be sent out in the next few weeks. Elections Elections for next year’s Barnstormers Executive Board will be Sunday 4/19, at 2:30pm in the Arellano Theater. Spring Show Update The Spring Show Open Mic event will take place Friday, 4/17, at 7pm in Charles Commons Salons The VP Studio gave a breakdown of how many people had signed up to perform and to bring food to the event. The Facebook page for the event will be going up by Friday, 4/10. |
