Mainstage

• Tech Updates: table needs legs and paint, door flats need molding, costumes may be delayed due to Hurricane Sandy but costumer has some backup plans, wet tech went smoothly
• Publicity Updates: mural board completed, postponing banner and posters for after Hurricane Sandy, off-campus posters to go up soon, rehearsal pictures to be taken on Wednesday for facebook
• Front of House assignments
• Sign Up Sheet at Front of House for “Audience Members”

• Discussed what specific things should be in the email
• President contacted Newsletter; improving communications between Newsletter and Barnstormers for the Mainstage and future shows
