Technical Director Election
The officer position description from the group’s constitution was read.
Jason DeAlessi was nominated and elected to the position of Technical Director.

Barnstormers Update
Budget information pertaining to the spring musical was shared with the GA.

Musical Discussion Guidelines
Criteria for this year’s production:

• A simple/flexible set
  
• A contemporary or timeless show with a modern sound (non period piece)
  
• An integrated cast that allows for various roles and vocal parts
  

The Musical Shortlist is as follows (in alphabetical order):

• Aida
  
• Company
  
• Into the Woods
  
• Legally Blonde
  
• The Mystery of Edwin Drood
  
• Urinetown

What Comes Next:
The Executive Board will watch all six shows and then meet to discuss and vote on which one we believe our group should do this year.

What can you do?

• GA members can write an opinion letter to the Executive Board that will be read before the discussion of each musical.
  
• The opinion letters are taken into account when discussing and voting on the musical.
  
• The last day to submit opinion letters to [email protected] is Saturday, December 6th, at 11:59 pm.
