105 YEARS OF HOPKINS THEATRE
The Barnstormers, a group of roughly 125 undergraduates, do this five times over an academic year. And by 'this,' I mean everything associated with budgeting, managing, programming, promoting, and running a theater company. - Bret McCabe, Johns Hopkins Magazine
Founded in 1919, the Barnstormers are the oldest and largest theatre group at the Johns Hopkins University.
Our group produces six shows a year, including the only musical on campus! We contract professional directors for our mainstage productions and all technical design, construction and performance aspects of our shows are student-initiated and -executed. Interested in joining or seeing a show? The most up-to-date information is posted our Instagram, @jhubarnstormers. Be sure to give us a follow! |
