INFORMATION FOR PROSPECTIVE DIRECTORS
We hire professional Directors for our Fall Mainstage and Spring Musical productions. We also hire a professional Music Director for the Spring Musical.
All positions are advertised on Playbill. Our Fall Mainstage is typically performed in late October and/or early November; the Director advertisement is posted in July/August. Our Spring Musical is typically performed in mid-April; the Director advertisement is posted in July/August, and the Music Director in January.
Director applicants should be prepared to submit the following materials via email: resume, cover letter, and contact information for two references. Based on the submitted materials, applicants may be offered an interview with our Executive Board.
Directors receive a salary and a travel stipend. Accommodations in Baltimore, MD are not provided, though we are happy to assist in pointing you towards local listings.
