• November 17 at 2pm to pick Musical Short List
• Top Girls and Witness are also that day and will have 6pm call
• Need to publicize GA on website, send out email

Before elections, President will look over all the Board Manuals

Mainstage

• Pro Team meetings on Wednesdays
• Slightly over budget on set
• Tech updates: basic table is up, all chairs and doorways built. Most props will be ordered tonight, the rest will be here by Monday. Costumer is going to Goodwill on Friday, has found some pieces in George.
• Publicity updates: reservations go up on the website on Friday. Order little flyers by tomorrow.
• Move Board Meetings to Sundays at 5pm
